FINANCE DIRECTOR

JOB LOCATION:
Quezon City

WORK SET UP:
Full-Time onsite

SALARY & BENEFITS:
180K to 250K gross per month, plus non-monetary benefits

JOB SUMMARY:
Provides leadership in the company's financial strategy, financial management and purchasing with the objective of increasing the financial efficiency of the company, mitigating risks and enhancing shareholder value. Some functions that are part of financial management are financial planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting, taxation, credit & collection, treasury, payroll and insurance. Collaborates with different Business Units within the organization in order to attain the strategic and operational goals of the company.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

STRATEGY FORMULATION & PLANNING

• Responsible for the company's Financial Strategy in order to achieve the Annual Business Plan and enhance Shareholder Value
• Directs the preparation of the annual business plans and operating budgets to support the company's Strategic Goals
• Supports business opportunities and projects aimed to help the company generate more income
• Enhances Procurement Procedures in order to Support Corporate Goals
• Collaborates with Stakeholders (Principals, BUHs, Suppliers, etc.) in order to ensure the Success of company

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

• Supports the Financial Management of Business Units and Mancom in order to achieve Corporate Goals.
• Efficiently manages Cash Flow, Collections, Credit & Insurance in order to maximize Income and mitigate risk
• Responsible for the Loan Portfolio and Bank Relationships in order to provide the ideal Funding Sources for the Long Term Growth of the Business

COMPLIANCE

• Ensures enforcement of financial controls in order to safeguard the Company's Financial Statement from fraud and errors
• Implements the Anti-Bribery Policy in order to uphold our Values and Policies
• Maintains sound accounting systems, policies, processes and procedures in order to comply with Government Standards and Tax Laws
• Ensures the storage of Critical Documents in order to comply with Regulatory and ISO Requirements

QUALITY AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

• Sponsors initiatives to improve and automate Finance processes in order to achieve greater efficiency and productivity
• Implements and Enhances Policies in order to meet ISO Standards and Deliver Customer Value
• Ensures the documentations of Processes in order to comply with ISO standards

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Sustain TMs awareness of Code of Conduct, Code of Discipline and Anti-Bribery policy in order to drive a positive Culture
• Develop an experienced, competent and values based Team in order to increase Teammate engagement
• Recognize good performance and eliminate actions that are misaligned to our values in order to increase Teammate engagement

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Financial Management, or other related courses
• Must have at least (10) years of senior managerial experience in a finance role (Eg. Senior Finance Manager, Finance Director, VP of Finance or CFO)
• Industry licenses/certifications would be advantageous
• Must be willing to work daily and onsite in Quezon City from Mondays to Fridays
