Product Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned product development manager to lead the creation of credit risk solutions that drive business growth and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of progressive experience in credit risk, credit underwriting, and data analytics from the banking and financial services industry, with a strong background in product management.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing product plans that exceed current revenue projections, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive thought leadership and innovation, managing vendor/partner relationships, and serving as a program champion for initiatives.
The successful applicant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse markets simultaneously. A postgraduate education or Master's degree is a plus, and experience working in agile software development methodology is highly desirable.
