Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for creating, facilitating, and revising training materials and documents to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge. This includes filling out accurate reports, establishing and maintaining communication with clients and/or team members, and resolving issues to meet company expectations.
Additionally, you will facilitate multi-week transmission and blended type new hire training & nesting, floor-training, and BQM Training for the program. You will also be responsible for self-skilling & certification during periods of un-activity (classroom), supervising and coaching learners in nesting & BQM type environments, and overseeing new hire progression and enhancement training.
As a trainer, you will coach and give feedback to trainees to help them fulfill performance metrics, as well as provide supervision and feedback during OJT/Nesting/TQ/Evolution.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for a highly qualified candidate with a Bachelor's degree in any field (Major in Education or Communication preferred) and at least 2-3 years of work experience as a Trainer.
Candidates should have excellent working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and strong English verbal and written communication skills.
The ideal candidate will also be strategic in developing solutions and process improvements, willing to work in a shifting or graveyard schedule, and able to maintain confidentiality according to EEO guidelines.
