Job Opportunity: Payroll Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled professional to architect and configure Workday solutions for clients. As a key member of our deployment team, you will ensure successful deployments by gathering and documenting client business requirements, designing and configuring the Workday solution, and demonstrating configurations through the development of prototype systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

">
  • Fostering the development of other consultants by sharing expertise
  • Supporting proposal preparations
  • Delivering product demonstrations to clients
  • Working closely with team members and independently managing your workload

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • 2+ years implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
  • Current active Workday Payroll Certification
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company
  • Experience configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience implementing PATT solutions and current active Workday Payroll Certification. They will also have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, as well as previous consulting experience with a software company. Additionally, they will have experience configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications.
