Company Description

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Payroll Officer to join our team at UNIVERSAL ACCESS and SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS, PHIL. INC.' in Angeles City, Pampanga. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the company's payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments and tax filings.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pampanga for a Compensation and Payroll Officer. The Compensation and Payroll Officer will be responsible for administering end-to-end semi-monthly payroll, time-keeping and HRIS management, government and statutory compliance, data management and reporting, and automation. The role will also include ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations, accurately maintaining employee payroll records, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries from employees.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, HR Management, or related course
  • At least 2–3 years of end-to-end payroll and timekeeping experience, preferably in large-scale or BPO setups
  • Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), HRIS, payroll systems, and government portals (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to handle tight deadlines while ensuring data confidentiality
  • Tech-savvy and proactive in suggesting AI tools or automation to improve payroll processes
