Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced capacity planning engineer to join our team. As a lead capacity planning engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of web-based dashboards and reports using ASP.NET, connecting to multiple data sources including SQL Server, Oracle DB, and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop automation solutions that enhance capacity management and reporting processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing dashboards, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  4. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and performance of data reporting and visualizations, supporting critical business decisions.
  5. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the automation and capacity management processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in ASP.NET development, with a focus on creating web applications, dashboards, and reports.
  • Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle DB, and Snowflake, with expertise in database design and optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in web-based applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a diverse, global environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as ASP.NET, VBA, SAS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, MS SQL Server Management, Git Repository, Bitbucket, JIRA, and IIS Web Server Management.
