Job Title:

Senior Integration Specialist Manila

This role involves working with clients and internal stakeholders to implement solutions suite of products.

Responsibilities include delivering solution proposals, growing knowledge about company's products, managing project scope and timeline, leading client meetings, supporting client test activities, handing over to operations teams, conducting post-project evaluations, providing user documentation, and completing operational readiness activities.

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to understand complex technical problems, excellent communication skills, presentation skills, experience in fast-paced technology-driven environment, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, PMP or equivalent project management certification, and experience in coding/programming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support delivery of solution proposals including technical specifications and cost estimations.
  • Grow and build knowledge about company's products, solutions, and related technologies.
  • Manage project scope and timeline to ensure all work meets established quality standards and client expectations.
  • Lead regular project status meetings with clients to provide project status updates as needed in client contracts.
  • Support clients during client test activities monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully hand over to Production Support teams.
  • Lead all aspects of transition to operations and support teams after project delivery.
  • Work with senior team members to conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide user documentation and support materials as needed for successful client implementation.
  • Support and complete operational readiness activities and modernization exercise for various DTCC solutions.
