Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team in a key technical support position.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-related technical support, with proficiency in end-user operating systems and networking skills. Experience with virtualization technologies and scripting is also beneficial.
As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective resolution for customers' computer and application issues. You will manage the IT ticket queue efficiently and administer onboarding and offboarding processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with the finance team to maintain and improve vendor payment processes. You must adhere to and help enforce internal policies for patch management and other critical IT procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving computer and application issues promptly and effectively.
- Effectively manage the IT ticket queue and ensure efficient administration of onboarding and offboarding processes.
