Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead proposal development, ensuring the creation of winning proposals that meet client goals. This role will collaborate with our sales team and proposal managers to develop and execute proposals.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in proposal management, including win strategy development, proposal planning, and content creation. They will also be skilled in workflow automation and have a strong background in writing, editing, and proofreading.

This position requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a remote team environment, managing multiple proposals simultaneously and adhering to tight deadlines.

  • Develop and implement effective proposal strategies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality proposals
  • Manage proposal timelines, tasks, and deliverables to meet project milestones

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in proposal development, preferably in a contact center or professional services industry
  • APMP certification or equivalent
  • Strong background in writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
  • Experience working on remote teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
