Job Role

The primary function of this position is to collaborate with the bid team in researching and drafting high-quality proposals to secure contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation
    • Compose and edit responses to Invitationsto Tender
    • Customize bid content to address client needs and emphasize company strengths
  • Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments for proposal information
    • Integrate stakeholder feedback into bid documentation
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
    • Proofread bid documents for accuracy and adherence to client specifications
    • Ensure proposals meet corporate branding and quality standards
  • Research and Information Gathering
    • Conduct market and client research for tender responses
    • Maintain a database of prior bids and responses
  • Project Management
    • Track and report on bid progress against timelines
    • Manage a bid calendar for submission deadlines
Qualifications
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and bid management tools
  • Experience or strong knowledge in bid writing, marketing, or project planning
