Job Opportunity: Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Electrical Engineer with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems and components using AutoCAD software
  • Prepare detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and diagrams in compliance with NEC standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct electrical analysis and calculations to support design decisions
  • Ensure compliance with the NEC and other relevant industry standards and safety regulations
  • Review and approve technical drawings and documentation
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical systems
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering with a focus on design and development
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating electrical drawings and schematics
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and its application
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in design and documentation
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
  • Experience with other engineering software and tools
  • Knowledge of renewable energy systems and sustainable engineering practices
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
