Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely delivery of designs that meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Deliver technically sound designs that support project execution.
  • Maintain compliance with NEC standards and best practices.
  • Support sales teams as a reliable partner for design services.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Foster a high-performing design team that drives operational excellence.
  • Develop team members' technical skills in electrical systems and construction practices.
  • Create cross-functional capabilities between AV and PV designers.
Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight
  • Establish and maintain design standards for field success.
  • Review designs for technical accuracy, code compliance, and constructability.
  • Ensure all designs meet or exceed industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
