Marketing Associate Role

Our organization seeks a skilled Marketing Associate to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote our services and training programs.

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement for our WHS/OHS services, training programs, and consultancy expertise.
  • Create compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and our website.
  • Manage and maintain our online presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with consultants to translate complex technical content into accessible, client-friendly materials.
  • Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and public training promotions to engage with target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns through data analysis, reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Support sales efforts by developing proposals, brochures, and other collateral materials.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of WHS/OHS or workplace compliance industries (desired but not required).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
