Job Description:

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing the sales representatives in Tarlac, ensuring they meet daily targets and promote Nabati products effectively. This role involves supervising the activities of the sales team, providing reports to top management, evaluating team performance, and ensuring timely product placement and display in retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct sales representatives in Tarlac to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure all Nabati products are placed and displayed correctly in retail outlets across Tarlac.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in sales leadership or management in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance and team efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.
