Position: Construction Project Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Location: Philippines (Remote, U.S. daytime hours)

Salary: $6.00 - $9.00/hr (depending on experience)

Overview

We're hiring a Remote Construction Project Coordinator to support a growing U.S.-based company. This is a remote position ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, construction admin knowledge, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and internal stakeholders to track progress, manage documentation, and ensure timelines and budgets are met. Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as a central point of contact for project updates, status tracking, and documentation
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
  • Prepare and update reports, schedules, and status trackers
  • Support permit applications, compliance checks, and change order tracking

Document Management & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of project timelines, cost updates, and delivery milestones
  • Support procurement tracking, materials delivery coordination, and site readiness updates
  • Manage shared folders, cloud-based systems, and email communication with professionalism and urgency

Tools & Process Support

  • Help improve workflows, templates, and internal project dashboards
  • Enter data into PM systems, update reports, and flag issues or delays early

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a project coordination, admin, or support role related to construction or field services
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-up
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks remotely
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based teams or contractors
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and cloud-based tracking tools

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Background in construction, architecture, or engineering
  • Familiarity with tools such as Procore, BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, Foundation Software, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Notion, , or Trello
  • Ability to read basic site plans or architectural drawings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php90,000.00 per month
