Senior Financial Planning Professional

The role of Senior Financial Planning Professional involves leading critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence. This includes financial reporting and analysis, management of the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Financial modeling, risk analyses, and scenario planning are key components of this role. The successful candidate will apply a digital-first approach to automate and streamline recurring FP&A processes, driving a high-performance culture through accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with experience in FP&A or financial analysis. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, substantial experience in FP&A, and strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, as well as experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.
