Job Title: Business Development Representative
The Role:We are seeking a driven sales professional to spearhead growth and create new business opportunities in the B2B sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and marketing, proven lead generation skills, and excellent relationship-building abilities.
Key Responsibilities:Foster new business relationships with potential clients in the B2B market
Conduct thorough market research to identify prospects, industries, and opportunities for expansion
Pursue leads through targeted outreach, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions
Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless sales processes
Utilize AI tools to enhance lead generation, outreach, and reporting efforts (a significant advantage)
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress using CRM or tracking software
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar sales-focused role
A solid background in sales and marketing, preferably with B2B experience
Proven expertise in lead generation and appointment setting
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with AI tools for sales/marketing automation is highly desirable
Experience working with North American clients is advantageous
A knowledge of the Plastic Industry is beneficial
A high degree of organization, self-motivation, and results-driven focus, with the ability to work independently
