Chiropractic Support Associate Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chiropractic Support Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient support and ensuring seamless communication with our clinic staff and chiropractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Phone and Email Enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from patients, addressing their questions and concerns with empathy and clear information.
  • Lead Management: Manage incoming leads and conduct timely follow-ups to maximise engagement and conversion.
  • Patient Reactivation: Proactively reactivate past patients through outreach, re-engagement campaigns, and regular communication.
  • Clinic Coordination: Schedule initial consultations and follow-up appointments, ensuring coordination with clinic staff and chiropractors.
  • Administrative Tasks: Accurately record and update all interactions in the lead management and CRM systems, handle payment transactions, and perform additional clinic support and administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or Certificate IV in a relevant discipline preferred.
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role within a healthcare environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a personable and empathetic approach.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Strong background in the medical or allied health field is highly desirable.
