About the Role:

\
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Multi-Skilled Technician.\
  • In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance inspections, diagnosing potential problems, and making repairs to various building systems.\
  • You will also assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems, review assigned work orders, and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.\
  • Additionally, you will support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently, inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and report any violations to management.\
  • You will have the opportunity to work independently while following established procedures and guidelines, and your discretion and problem-solving skills will be used to address complex issues.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma is required, along with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.\
  • The ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work, as well as strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset, is necessary.\
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc., are essential.\
  • The physical requirements of this role must be met, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
