Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Trade Specialist to join our team. As a key player in global trade, you will work with a global team to process trade finance transactions.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all transactions comply with our policies and international regulations.

You will be responsible for monitoring transaction queues, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely completion. You will also identify and escalate red flags, regulatory issues, OFAC, and AML compliance breaches.

In this role, you will collaborate with transaction processing teams to adopt best practices and ensure seamless delivery.

You will communicate effectively with team members, management, and partners in Sales, Service, and Product.

A strong analytical and problem-solving ability is required, along with accuracy and attention to detail.

You will understand process orientation and implications of upstream and downstream activities.

You will perform detailed research and resolve issues.

You will actively participate in new projects and maintain compliance with our policies and local regulatory rules.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
  • Understanding of US regulations and OFAC compliance.
  • Ability to work in any shift as necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
