Artificial Intelligence Salesforce Developer

Seeking a talented developer to enhance and optimize Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for leveraging AI capabilities to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX, other technologies, and AI platforms.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions that utilize AI.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce lab demo environments to support testing, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Manage Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that incorporate AI in Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience developing specifically for Salesforce, with expertise in Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Preferred experience: Einstein, OOTB GenAI, Predictive Features, Agent Studio, DataCloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Exposure and experience with Generative AI technologies or capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience with data management and governance best practices, including privacy and consent.
  • Detailed understanding of the development of modules within Salesforce and how those modules tie into a broader solution.
  • Proficiency in programming using Salesforce.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML, and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or other computer-related disciplines.
  • Ability to work within a virtual global team environment and contribute to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with other team members (immediate team as well as cross-functional teams).
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
