Job Description

As a Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering quality outcomes for our clients. You will provide high-end consultancy services across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a specific focus on analysis, solution design, hands-on configuration, and delivery.

A respected consultant and advocate of cloud-based solutions, you will work closely with our team to develop and maintain methodologies, tools, and best practices that ensure high-quality, repeatable processes for the delivery of Salesforce consulting services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other related products. They will be able to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Understand client business needs and translate them into cloud-based solutions.
  • Solution Design: Design scalable and efficient cloud-based solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure cloud-based applications and customize them using declarative tools to meet specific business needs.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud-based configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the cloud-based solutions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. They will also have a keen attention to detail and be able to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
