In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies, building relationships with customers, and driving business growth.
- Customer Success: Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive business growth.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to create and implement sales strategies that meet corporate objectives.
- Channel Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end process of our assigned channel group, ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional results.
**Requirements**
- A Bachelor's Degree in any field;
- At least 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, with expertise in handling channel groups;
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Able to drive a 4-wheel vehicle;
- Willingness to work in the Greater Manila Area.
