Customer Success Strategist

At Green Origin, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team. This is a full-time role that involves managing key customer accounts and building long-term, profitable relationships.
Main Responsibilities- Buiding and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Managing the complete sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Experience in FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Required skills: People Management, Project Management, Account Management, Analytical and presentation skills, End-to-end sales/business processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications or related software.
