Key Responsibilities:
-Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruitment activities and support onboarding to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
-Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and promote a positive workplace culture.
-Training and Development: Coordinate training programs as needed to support employee growth.
-Event Coordination: Organize company events such as summer outings, Christmas parties, and team-building activities.
-Performance Support: Help with performance reviews and provide guidance on development plans.
-HR Administration: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
-2+ years of experience in HR, including some experience with training and event coordination.
-Solid knowledge of HR principles and labor laws.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience is a plus.
