Job Overview

The Merchant Support Specialist role is a critical component of our customer experience team. As a key player in this team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to e-commerce clients by responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving technical issues.

Working closely with the Support & Implementation Manager, you will communicate daily with customers via email, Slack, and chat, delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate when needed
  • Become a product expert to answer questions accurately
  • Manage multiple open conversations with customers
  • Ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams on complex issues
  • Identify trends in support issues and share insights with the product team
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in merchant support, customer support, or a related field
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or analytics is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently
