This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a crucial role in supporting various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver an exceptional employee experience by working closely with the People team to provide empathic and customer service-focused support.
- Provide assistance with employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and considering how we innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
- Cordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
- Manage employee data in our HRIS system while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
