Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

The organization seeks a skilled Human Resources Generalist to provide administrative support to the HR Manager in day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include payroll administration, HR systems management, internal communications, and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter, verify, and troubleshoot timekeeping data in online platforms.
  • Assist with weekly/monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain HR documents and compliance reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to HR inquiries via Slack and email, providing timely and effective support.
  • Escalate complex issues to the HR Manager, ensuring seamless problem resolution.
  • Draft job descriptions and manage postings on employment platforms.
  • Coordinate candidate screening schedules and ensure efficient hiring processes.
  • Publish internal HR newsletters and updates, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Monitor performance review timelines, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
  • Support leadership events and HR planning initiatives, driving business growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Strong working knowledge of online timekeeping platforms and HR systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and projects.
  • Friendly, resourceful communicator who knows when to escalate issues and provide support.
  • Comfortable handling repetitive tasks, shifting priorities, and managing multiple workflows.
  • Able to work independently during off-hours or with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
