Job Title

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to provide high-quality support to customers globally.

About the Role
  • Provide digital marketing support to customers worldwide.
  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, phone, and video calls.
  • Log support tickets corresponding to customer-reported incidents and update the status within the system.
  • Develop a relationship with assigned accounts and conduct training sessions to ensure consistent customer engagement.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and maintain working relationships to ensure customers effectively utilize the platform.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer success, account management, or B2B client service experience.
  • Experience with ticketing and live chat support.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage customer escalations and liaise with internal teams to resolve customer-reported tickets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office software.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in software support, particularly SaaS.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Account management experience with a focus on client relations.
