Job Overview

This role entails leading the conceptualization and development of psychological evaluations within a global enterprise.

As part of our dynamic team, you will work at the intersection of psychology, data analytics, and business to create assessments that optimize hiring, recruitment, and workforce well-being strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, refine, and validate psychological tests and assessments focused on workplace resilience, employee performance, and recruitment processes.
  • Ensure the scientific rigor and accuracy of these assessments by employing established psychometric methods.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to examine large datasets and identify key traits associated with high-performing employees within organizations.
  • Integrate survey results, personality analysis, and team dynamics to inform effective recruitment and hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and IT, to enhance the company's digital platform for psychological evaluations.
  • Explore innovative applications of AI-enhanced psychometric analysis to improve assessment accuracy and predictive insights.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Psychometrics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; prior experience is not required but valuable.
  • Proficiency in mathematical and statistical concepts, with a strong interest in psychometrics and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Interest in workplace psychology, recruitment assessments, or employee well-being surveys.
  • Ability to communicate complex psychometric findings effectively to stakeholders.
