We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team as a Finance Systems Automation Engineer.

Job Overview

This is a techno-functional role that requires deep technical and functional knowledge of system analysis, configuration, scripting, testing, and continuous support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing our financial systems, with a strong focus on NetSuite. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions and ensure our financial processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with integration and automation teams to automate key financial processes and workflows.
  • Interview business users to identify opportunities for automation and propose solutions that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Dive into system processes to understand, document, and propose optimizations.
  • Work with integration APIs to build and manage automated data flows between systems.
  • Research and analyze available market AI solutions to identify opportunities and propose solutions that can benefit the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, customizing, developing, and integrating one or more Enterprise applications or SaaS software (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).
  • Good functional and configuration level understanding of areas including but not limited to ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing.
  • Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, and data mapping concepts.
  • Experience in NetSuite scripting and development is essential.
  • Experience with building web services integrations (REST/SOAP) and integration APIs is required.
  • Ability to perform research and analysis on new technologies, including AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as UiPath or RPA platforms is a bonus.
  • Experience with system integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo) is a plus.
  • Ability to learn complex, distributed systems quickly and thoroughly.
  • Document complex systems, processes, events, and architectures.
  • Must be customer-centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships.
  • Must be a self-starter, deal with ambiguity, and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.
