Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage operational processes, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

This includes analyzing and maintaining client service level agreements, implementing improvement plans as needed, and maximizing revenue generation to reach long and short-term financial projects.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing the performance of direct reports and their associates, including planning and assigning work in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience, with at least 2 years of progressive management experience preferred
  • Skills: Coaching and developing action plans, analyzing and improving work processes, effective communication and presentation skills, ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor
