Restaurant Operations Lead Opportunity

The Restaurant Operations Lead is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in driving sales by implementing promotional strategies that align with the company's overall sales strategy. This involves recommending and executing promotions to support sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of restaurant programs aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Food and Beverage Management or Business Administration.
  • Leadership experience in a service-oriented industry with a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.
