Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Patient Support Representative. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to patient inquiries via phone, email, online forms, and other channels.
  • Providing clear and compassionate information about our services, addressing questions and concerns with empathy.
  • Managing incoming leads and conducting timely follow-ups to maximise engagement and conversion.
  • Reactivating past patients through proactive outreach, re-engagement campaigns, and regular communication.
  • Accurately recording and updating all interactions in our lead management and CRM systems.
  • Tracking, analysing, and reporting on lead conversion rates and relevant performance metrics.
  • Scheduling initial consultations and follow-up appointments, ensuring coordination with staff and healthcare professionals.
  • Handling payment transactions, providing transparent pricing information, and guiding patients through payment options.
  • FOLLOWING ALL SCRIPTS, PROCEDURES, AND INTERNAL SYSTEMS WITH PRECISION TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY AND COMPLIANCE.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Certificate IV in a relevant discipline preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong background in the medical or allied health field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a personable and empathetic approach.
  • High level of discipline in following procedures, scripts, and workflow systems.
  • Ability to balance warm patient interactions with timely task completion.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Competency with CRM and lead management tools.
  • High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a small team.
  • A genuine interest in helping people and supporting their health journey.
