We are seeking an experienced Medical Liaison to join our team.

Job Description:

The Medical Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact for med-legal cases, including personal injury (PI), workers' compensation, auto-accident, and other legal-related referrals. This role involves communicating regularly with attorneys, law offices, and case managers regarding patient status, medical records, and reports to ensure timely updates. Additionally, the Medical Liaison will coordinate scheduling of medical appointments, follow-ups, and diagnostics as needed for legal cases. Key responsibilities include tracking and managing documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and maintaining accurate and updated records in case management software or EMR systems. The successful candidate will be able to generate and send narrative reports, deposition summaries, and lien documents promptly.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient data confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST)
