Job Opportunity:

Embedded Systems Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for seasoned professionals to take on a leadership role in the development lifecycle of ESP32-based solutions. As an Embedded Systems Leader, you will oversee and contribute to the conceptualization, design, implementation, and deployment of these cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to define technical specifications, project scope, and deliverables.
  • Plan, organize, and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Oversee system integration, hardware–software debugging, and performance tuning to guarantee robust functionality.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience developing with ESP32 microcontrollers or equivalent embedded hardware platforms (5+ years).
  • Strong expertise in C and C++ programming for firmware, with a focus on efficiency and reliability in embedded systems.
  • Solid understanding of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth for device interfacing.
  • Familiarity with RTOS, multitasking, and resource-constrained environments in embedded systems development.
  • Proven leadership experience overseeing cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end IoT or software projects.
