Key Responsibilities:

  • Create professional sales proposals using Qwilr and manage CRM updates and customer call notes with NetSuite.
  • Prepare quotes and process sales orders efficiently.
  • Marketing Support:
  • Send nurturing emails to potential customers and update our website and product listings on Shopify.
  • Handle customer quizzes and rewards, ensuring timely responses to emails, web chats, and social media inquiries.
  • Order Processing:
  • Create and manage customer profiles, ensuring accurate order entry, product details, and documentation.
  • Confirm orders and manage approvals effectively.
Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills and proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly NetSuite.
  • Familiarity with Shopify for product updates is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service and digital marketing skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
