About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Team Lead to manage and grow a team of editors responsible for ensuring high-quality images meet our standards.

This role is ideal for individuals with extensive experience in team management, data analysis, and process optimization. You will lead a team of high-performing editors, utilizing data to understand editor behavior and areas for improvement in our editing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a team of high-performing editors
  • Utilize data to understand editor behavior and areas for improvement in our editing process
  • Maximize editor productivity with training and tool-building
  • Work closely with product and operations teams to launch and operationalize new products
  • Develop and optimize processes by breaking projects into actionable steps with aggressive timelines

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing teams
  • Extensive experience with data analytics in spreadsheets and SQL
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Absoluteness and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
