Business Process Specialist

The primary goal of this role is to assist in the facilitation and elicitation of business and functional requirements from process owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive documentation of business and functional requirements for solution development or enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather and elicit accurate information.
  • Analyze and integrate business and functional requirements to ensure alignment with organizational needs and problems.
  • Foster effective discussion on integrating process and data inputs for solution design documents.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to plan and execute process design, solution, and test scenarios.
Business Process Analysis and Improvement
  • Visualize current and future operational models using business process tools.
  • Analyze operational models by breaking them down into components and extracting relevant information.
  • Document business processes, including policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Gather, consolidate, and accurately analyze data from internal and external sources.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements based on systematic problem-solving tools.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of organizational performance governance.
  • Design and implement performance reporting tools and dashboards for senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional experience in business processes or related field;
  • Graduate degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or related field;
  • Strong analytical, planning, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
