Job Description

As our new Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into user stories or technical tasks.

You will also assist in supporting Salesforce configuration including workflows, custom objects, and reporting dashboards.

In addition, you will participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), validating fixes and ensuring solutions meet requirements.

Moreover, you will manage IT support tickets and escalate to the Lead BA or developers when required.

Lastly, you will contribute to discovery and grooming sessions, refining ideas into actionable documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and eagerness to learn from both business analysis and QA disciplines.
