About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in building and managing a "Digital Core" for our clients, where their marketing, sales, and e-commerce efforts work seamlessly together.

As our ideal candidate, you will have excellent technical skills, particularly in the GoHighLevel platform, and be able to design and build custom workflows to automate client tasks and make their work more efficient.

You will also be responsible for setting up and configuring new client sub-accounts, creating and customizing templates for landing pages, emails, and forms, and providing top-notch support to resolve any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Core Builder: Design and implement a robust digital core for clients, integrating their marketing, sales, and e-commerce efforts.
  • Automation Expert: Develop custom workflows to automate client tasks, increase efficiency, and reduce manual errors.
  • Template Maestro: Create and customize high-quality templates for landing pages, emails, and forms that drive results.
  • Support Champion: Provide exceptional support to resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless client experiences.
Requirements
  • Technical Wizardry: Proficiency in GoHighLevel, with experience in workflow design and automation.
  • WordPress Whiz: Familiarity with WordPress and e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify is highly valued.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to think creatively, finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Self-Motivated: Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
