Job Role Overview

We are a team of experts in building and managing Digital Cores for Australian businesses. Our goal is to resolve technology issues that hinder business success.

This job plays a key role in our work, where you will build the core engine for clients' Digital Cores by turning their GoHighLevel sub-accounts into robust sales and marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Setup Configuration: Setting up new client sub-accounts with precision, ensuring accuracy in every detail.
  • Automation Design: Crafting custom workflows to simplify client tasks and automate work.
  • Template Creation: Designing and customizing landing pages, emails, and forms that deliver effective results for clients.
  • Ongoing Improvement: Staying updated on new GoHighLevel features and identifying opportunities to enhance processes.
  • Tech Support: Resolving GHL technical issues calmly and confidently.
Requirements:
  • Practical Experience with GHL: Hands-on experience working with GoHighLevel, understanding its core features, and being proficient in workflow creation and account setup.
  • GHL Expertise Appreciated: Valued experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify adds to your skills.
  • Motivation to Learn: A positive attitude and willingness to improve are crucial over extensive experience.
  • Big Picture Perspective: Understanding the strategic plan and delivering creative solutions to challenges.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Effectively addressing complex technical problems with confidence and expertise.
