This role involves developing and executing social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow reach and engagement.

You will plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and stories) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.

Metric monitoring and optimization are key performance indicators for this position.

Staying up-to-date on trends, competitor activity, and platform updates ensures that our content remains fresh and relevant.

Collaboration with the marketing team is essential for integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.

Engaging with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions is crucial for customer satisfaction.

This role also supports email and digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
  • Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
