Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Legal Intake Specialist.
This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients through the intake process, and capturing case details.
Responsibilities:
- Make proactive outreach calls to potential clients using structured scripts and build rapport with leads.
- Manage client interactions efficiently, ensuring timely updates on availability and performance blockers.
- Consistently meet daily call volume targets and conversion benchmarks, contributing to business growth.
- Utilize CRM tools to accurately capture and update client information, fostering seamless collaboration within the team.
- Develop effective communication strategies to handle objections, manage rejections, and escalate qualified leads.
- Maintain transparency and accountability in daily work logs and call quality, ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
- Participate in coaching sessions, applying feedback proactively to enhance performance and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements:
- Candidates with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are highly sought after.
- A strong sense of accountability, reliability with schedules, updates, and response times is essential.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while being open to coaching and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in operating functional equipment (headset, PC) and maintaining consistent internet connectivity is required.
- Flexibility in handling campaign shifts based on business needs is necessary.
