Job Role: Business Growth Advisor

As a Business Growth Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in empowering small business owners to succeed by guiding them through the process of building their credit.

Your day will be dynamic and fast-paced, with approximately 20 client interactions per hour (inbound and outbound), plus email correspondence.

  • Consult with clients primarily over the phone and email
  • Utilize our online systems, including HubSpot, to manage tasks and client communication (training provided; prior HubSpot experience is beneficial but not required)
  • Provide professional, clear, and friendly customer service to support our clients' growth

We provide comprehensive training on small business consulting, and we seek applicants with the following skills:

  • Strong communication skills: Friendly, clear, and professional on calls
  • Native speaker or fluent in English language with a neutral accent required
  • Customer-focused mindset: You genuinely want to help clients achieve success
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable handling multiple online systems simultaneously
  • Team player: You collaborate well and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Responsible & proactive: You take ownership of your work and follow through
  • Quick learner & multitasker: Able to prioritize and solve problems efficiently
  • Long-term commitment: Interested in growing your career with our organization

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace
  • Native speaker or fluent in English language with a neutral accent required
  • Available to work 8-hour shifts during US Eastern Time business hours (9 AM to 7 PM ET)
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is beneficial but not required
  • Willingness to learn and grow with our organization
