Job Opportunity: Grow Our Business as an Appointment Setter


About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Appointment Setter to join our team and contribute to our business growth by generating interest and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and schedule consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team.
  2. Accurately inputting information into our system to ensure seamless data management.
  3. Representing us in the best way possible when conversing with contacts to maintain a positive brand image.
  4. Ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of our company to uphold our reputation.
  5. Delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis to provide valuable insights for process improvement.
  6. Participating in process-improvement initiatives to continuously enhance our workflow.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role to possess the necessary skills and expertise.
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • A strong internet connection and designated professional and quiet workspace to ensure optimal productivity.
  • A willingness to work non-traditional hours to accommodate our diverse customer base.
