This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper. The position will initially be relieving an incumbent on leave, with the possibility of contract engagement turning into permanent employment as the team expands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, bookkeeping, and managing journal entries. Day-to-day tasks will include managing invoices, reporting, and supporting the finance team with administrative duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proficiency in Bookkeeping and Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Experience with Financial Statements and Finance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
