About the role

The Administrator - Commercial Customer Site Support provides office and administrative support to a single site supervisor including fielding telephone calls, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, assisting with Customer facing items and filing and support of other Site Supervisor activiteis.

What you will be doing

Answers incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as requiredDeals with email enquiriesTakes minutesProvides professional and confidential administrative supportAssists with preparation of reports, presentations as required including both internal and customer documentation as requiredCoordinates local and overseas travel and accommodation as requiredCoordinates meeting bookingsAssists with administrative and office management projects when requiredCoordinates teleconferences and video conferencesOrders and maintains stationery, kitchen, and general supplies as requiredProcesses invoices and goods receipt as requiredCommunicates and coordinates facilities issues and requestsAssists with the organisation of activities or eventConducts data entry including commercial administrative assistance related to customer cases, complaints, contracts and activities.Assists the site in management of the FSSS activities including ordering and blast management processesSupports work management administrative activities

What you will bring

Generally up to 2 years experience.

Role dependent - technical &/or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur, analytics/visualisation tools, engineering software, etc.)

Sphere of influence:
* Task level SME

Role dependent - add formal / tertiary qualifications if required
Role specific technical / legistlative / SHES certification may be required
