Overview

This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper located in Bulacan. The role will initially be relieving an incumbent on leave, and employment will be on a contract engagement. The reliever engagement may be considered for permanency as the team expands.

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, including the preparation of financial statements, bookkeeping, and managing journal entries. Day-to-day tasks will also include managing invoices, reporting, and supporting the finance team with some administrative duties.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Bookkeeping and Journal Entries (Accounting)
  • Experience with Financial Statements and Finance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
