The Compliance Analyst role involves a comprehensive understanding of the organization's culture and market dynamics.

This position requires ongoing oversight of regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements, as well as reporting (ROC & SOC). Additionally, it entails assisting in the development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists across various regions.

  • Maintain continuous monitoring and analysis of regulatory and legislative changes to ensure adherence to requirements.
  • Collaborate with departments and business units through participation in working committees and test groups as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication channels with other sites and monitor performance metrics.
  • Analyze new legislation to assess its impact on risk exposure and coordinate compliance-related activities.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A university degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in compliance and/or risk management/audit.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC.
